We offer a Full Management Service to our clients although fees do not become payable until a tenant is found and the Tenancy Agreement has been signed. In most cases the fees are deducted from the first month's rent received. A payment in advance would only be required where instructions are received from a Landlord for individual advertising of a property. This payment to be paid prior to an advertisement being placed.

Video Property Survey
We will make a video tape recording of the exterior and interior as a
visual, permanent record of the condition and contents thereof. This may
then be used to assist us in the final inspection of the property when
the tenancy ends. The cost of this service is included in the Initial
Letting Fee.
